They fixes it! I still didn‘t get an answer on why that happened but it works now and I hope it stays like that :)
We were about to order and then my brother wanted to order together with us but after he put his things in the basket we couldnt use PayPal as a payment method anymore? It worked before tho and the customer service is offline even tho they say they have 24/7 service.

Some clothes of my romwe order didnt fit so I want to return them. If I go on their Website they say I have to submit my return with te customer Service, otherwise I wouldnt get a refund.
The customer Service is a machine tho with answers that really do not answer my Questions. If I write that I want to return items they will only Show me an order from 2019 and not my last order.
It is so annoying I just want to return a few items and they wont give me a return ticket for my last order and the customer Service is no help at all! Ive alreade sent them an email last week that they have not responded.
